When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. The website does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a plan and quote if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or use them to train AI models.

Client systems

When we build a system for a client, the customer data that system handles belongs to the client and stays in the client's own accounts. How each system handles data is spelled out in that client's written plan.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the enquiry form and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with the date it took effect. This version: 14 September 2026.
